A walk from Barmi Gali, below Thandiani, through forest to Jhafar in Beeran Gali Union Council, in the valley between the Thandiani and Miranjani mountains.¹²

A little history

The Beeran Gali area was historically called Baad Burhan and is mentioned by Al Biruni (c. 1030).²

How to get there

Head for Thandiani, about 37.5 km north-east of Abbottabad (about 3 hours by bus from Abbottabad per Graana); Barmi Gali lies on the road just below.³⁵
