A little history
How to get there
From Mansehra take the paved road to Matserian, then a dirt track; a 4x4 or motorbike can get close to the top, or walk about 3 hours from Matserian.2
The recommended approach from the north is Oghi - Shergarh - Kanghar - Karori; other approaches use Gali Badral, Darband or Shergarh.1
By vehicle from Mansehra city the trip takes two to three hours and the road is rough.3
