Beeran Gali was once known as Baad Burhan and is mentioned by Al Biruni in his Ta'rikh al-Hind (c. 1030).2

Beeran Gali is reached from Abbottabad via Harnoi Bazaar and then a jeep track (Pak Frugal Traveler).4
